（4）When you use JinliWeather data and application products, you can log in to the registered JinliWeather account or use a third-party account (such as Alipay, Taobao, WeChat, Google, Facebook, etc.). When you register for an JinliWeather account, you will provide us with the account name, nickname, password, email address, and phone number. When you use a third-party account, you will authorize JinliWeather to read the public information (nickname, avatar, etc.) registered with your third-party account. Not logging in to JinliWeather will not affect your use of the online weather or mobile app provided by JinliWeather, but it will also affect your use of commercial or developer services related to JinliWeather.

4.2 Shelf life.
Unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations, JinliWeather will save your information for the following period：
（1）During your use of the JinliWeather product or service, we will continue to save it for you unless you delete this information or cancel your account on your own；
（2）After you delete your personal information or cancel your account, we will take timely measures to delete your personal information from the business function system, keeping it in a non retrievable and inaccessible state.
（3）In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you and JinliWeather, we have the right to continue saving your information in a separate system for evidence preservation within 36 months from the date of your account deletion or cancellation. After the expiration of the evidence retention period, we will promptly anonymize the personal information stored. If you are willing to waive all legal remedies related to JinliWeather and information deletion when canceling your account, JinliWeather will delete the relevant data within 6 months after you delete the information in accordance with laws and regulations such as the Cybersecurity Law.
