AI Writing is a product provided by Shanghai Ruiang Information Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "us") for services. We respect and protect the personal privacy rights of all service users. During your use of "AI Writing", we will collect and use information provided by you voluntarily or generated as a result of using the service in the following manner. 1. Information collected for registration and login. When you register for "AI Writing", we will collect and use your registration account, password, phone number, and email based on the information you provide. Collecting this information is to help you complete registration and protect the security of your account. Collecting and using mobile phone numbers is to meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations for authenticating real identity information. If you do not provide such information, you may not be able to use our services properly.
2. Information collected to ensure service provision
(1) Device information. Device information refers to the information about the devices you use when using a product or service. In order to provide necessary adaptation and security services for the products and services of AI Writing, we may collect the device name, device model, and device identification code (mainly including IMEI, Android ID, etc.) when you use our products and/or services in a silent/background state OAID, IDFA, open ID, IMSI information) MAC address, operating system and application version, language settings, resolution, service provider network ID (PLMN) related information SD card data. This type of information may include the dialogue words you use, the voice content and feedback text when using voice input, click records, records of viewing operations, service fault information, and setting item information when using AI Writing;
(3) Device or software information. We may collect the version number and browser type of the software you are using IP address. Please note that individual service log information cannot identify the identity of a specific natural person. If we combine this type of non personal information with other information to identify a specific natural person's identity, or use it in conjunction with personal information, during the combined use period, this type of non personal information will be considered personal information, and unless authorized by you or otherwise required by laws and regulations, we will anonymize this type of information.
3. We may collect your information for the purpose of providing services and improving service quality, such as the name, contact information, contact information, and other relevant information provided when you contact us; When a system failure occurs, based on the fault situation you informed us, we will collect your device model IP address, operator name, network type, software version, log information, fault description, as well as the pictures or other materials you upload, to be used to solve the problem.
4.
